Refund policy

We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.  

We take great care in preparing your orders to ensure they arrive safely at their destinations. In the event that a damaged, defective or incorrect product arrives, please contact iasmim@bragabags.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or return of the item and will cover the costs of shipping and returning the order. 

If you decide to return or exchange your purchase, please contact iasmim@bragabags.com. In your email, provide the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will email you with our return address.

Once we receive your package and determine the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping cost) to the payment method used or ship out the new product if an exchange was requested.
